If you are under the age of 18 you need to bring:
Level 1 Learner's License (must have driven on it for 180 days)
Segment 2 card
Proof of insurance for the vehicle you will be driving
Proof of registration for the vehicle you will be driving
Legal Guardian
If you are 18 or older you need to bring:
Michigan Temporary Permit
Proof of Insurance for the vehicle you will be driving
Proof of Registration for the vehicle you will be driving
There is a NO REFUND POLICY
There will be no reduced rates for re-tests due to
“Basic Control Skills” (parking lot) or any Driver Performance Failures.
If failure is due to “Equipment” or “DOCUMENT”
deficiencies, there will be a $10.00 charge.
If no show or no call within 24 hours prior to the time of scheduled
test, there will be a $20.00 charge.
